Im tempted to say august the fifth (seeing as the difference is 700,000 consoles as of july 22 AND japan sales are still not counted). lets say it is 620,000 difference then.
And with mario party and srikers coming out in different regions soon, I can see a fair hardware boost becuase of the stockpiling going on.
