Timed-Exclusivity?

Nope......I gotta wait because the 360 version will hold up the release in America.

 

Maybe, maybe not. Remember that it's generally about seven months between the Japan and North America release dates due to the localization process and everything. If it's significantly more than that, then we'll have a pretty good idea that the 360 port held things up.
