The article had some decent ideas, but overall it missed the big picture.
It's not the PS3 that eats away 360 sales, it's the Wii.
It was kind of meaningless article, since it focused more on the multimedia functionalities, which doesn't seem to count (as proven by Wii). Lips, is supposed to target Singstar, not compete with Guitar Hero and Rockband, it's kind of unbelievable how the author missed even that important part. As for the software, i see a bigger problem with 360 software, that basically everything is pushed to Windows, that gives little inclusive to get 360 if you already have a PC with Windows and the hardware isn't really old.
