As for your other post, the "power of the PS3"? 10k sales a week doesn't prove any "power." Also, the price of the PS3 in Japan is lower than the price in the West, so when it comes to price it doesn't seem to be a huge enough factor as it is in the West.

 For past tales games, they really haven't. By "Past", I mean ToV, TotA, and Symphonia 2, anyway. It also looks to be the Same with tales of the World: RM 2, and Tales of hearts. They were announced a good bit back. About 7-12 months, anyway. But to tell you the truth, I really do want a PS3 tales game. That way I can justify the purchase of a PS3, in my mind anyway. As for anything solid about PS3 Tales, no, there isn't anything. The mag is reporting about the fact that there isn't a Tales game for PS3, but there is one for 360 and Wii.
