Once it gets streamlined, and the price drops, it will have a boom in Japan. The Japanese do not hate Playstation. If anything they hate the 360 with a passion. Enough to buy titles and trade them in as soon as they are done. |
You make it sound like this practice is exlusive to 360 titles. Japanese used game market is HUGE. A lot of people buy the game, play it and then sell it back when they are done, for all systems. Since the used games in Japan are generally in almost brand new condition (unlike US used games), most people there are not afraid to buy used games either.
