Probably not - I'd have to rework the whole thing from the ground up. If I did, it would be local multiplayer. If you want online 1-on-1, use Shoddy Battle, a Java Pokémon battle simulator.

 

Ok, local seems good since I can just copy save files over to my friend's PC and battle or trade with him. What did you rework on? The plot?
