You have 100 units sold LTD, all of them 360 (before PS3 launch for example). 360 has 100% marketshare.
PS3 launches and sell 20 units. 360 sells 80 units.
360 marketshare is now 180/200= 90%
PS3 marketshare is now 10% despite being outsold 4 to 1 by the competition.
Does it clear things up?
