I am creating a fully-featured Pokémon fangame. I am only a few features away from releasing a demo, and then I plan to create a full Pokémon game that tries to make Pokémon fun again.

IMPORTANT: NEED THE HELP OF A SPRITE ARTIST (OR SEVERAL)
This game WILL have custom Pokémon, but I can't draw very well. I need the help of a sprite artist (or several) to do some Pokemon sprites. I don't need hundreds or anything like that (I will mainly use the existing D/P ones I like best) so PM me if you can do a few. You can come up with Pokemon ideas yourself, have me suggest some or take ideas from community members - it's up to you. i just want to give the game a slightly unique feel since I'm using FR/LG tiles and D/P battle screen graphics. I will of course give credit and if there's anything else I can do...

I need the help of the community to suggest ideas for the game too> i want this to be fun again, so i need fresh concepts to make it a little different. For example, I plan to have the character start in a big city and get immediately into the plot, instead of the clichéd "You are in a small village with your Mom and now you must fill this Pokédex for no reason whatsoever". I'm not going to make the core mechanics much different from D/P unless it's a really awesome idea though.
For accuracy freaks, I plan to include 99% of the game mechanics that are in D/P. It will be an almost perfect battle simulator, among other advantages. This doesn't mean you'll find all of the D/P Pokemon or moves. I am commited to actually finishing this and having it NOT SUCK.
For timescale freaks, I plan to have the demo out within a month or so. Don't hold me to it though. It will consist of a few routes and towns, but it won't be from the start of the game because I want to show some ACTION!
