ArtX was a company that was made from former SGI employees and was the company Nintendo contracted to produce their GPU for the Gamecube. The Flipper was largely based on the GPU ArtX designed and sold to the US Military for flight simulations and has very little similarity to any nVidia GPU; there is a reason the military is willing to spend $10,000+ per GPU on these flight simulators rather than buy an over the counter graphics card like the Geforce 2. ATI bought ArtX and integrated a large portion of their technology into their main GPU line and this is one of the reasons why the Radeon 9800 series was so successful for ATI.

Ok, so the Wii is150x faster than a Geforce2, due to the implementation of that technology, due to the value of the price, makeing is 4x faster than a PS3/360 combined. AMAZING!

EDIT: And just to not sound quite so mean, the Wii does not support the features the GeForce5 has, and it does not have the power of a GeForce5. If you cant compare a GeForce to a Wii, because the Wii is better. Then Why is Crysis on a GeForce, and not on a Wii? Becuase the Wii is so much better, and un-comparable to a GeForce.

I never made any insane claims about being super powerful but you seem to never acknowledge that the Gamecube was always considered by developers to be roughly equal to the XBox; look at many interviews done with Factor 5. The XBox had a modified Geforce 3 and was considered to be halfway between a Geforce 3 and Geforce 4, so how is the Gamecube roughly the same as a Geforce 2 when it is also roughly the same as a Geforce 3.5?
