One of the better ones I read was some very smart people speculating on the size difference between the Hollywood and Broadway processors and their Gamecube equilivalents (Flipper and Gekko). If the Hollywood and Broadway processors received no improvements you would expect the move from the 180nm process to the 90nm process to make them (roughly) 1/4 the size of the Flipper and Gekko; what we do know is that the Hollywood and Broadway processors are 1/2 the size of the Flipper and Gekko.

The article speculated that the Broadway processor probably has double the L2 cache as the Gekko and additional instructions, and the Hollywood processor has seen the number of pixel pipelines double and the TEV unit has been improved.
