He didn't say that GT was 3rd party.  Brush up on your reading comprehension skills. 

There is a period between the two statements.  Two totally different parts.

He says, The PS3's biggest remaining Third-Party exclusive [MGS4] launched (Period.) 

Then he says that GT is the biggest exclusive, third-party or not.
