How come not that many people are using the Codes/Tags/IDs?

What do you mean?

I was saying I have no need for the main Wii friend code really, I already have some people but all it is is a messaging and Mii transfer service, the messages don't seem to get to the other user unless they have Wiiconnect24 on either, which means if they don't leave it on all the time the message never gets there.
