What I can't figure out is why people keep saying that Zelda and Mario are the same over and over again. Like any GTA or Halo has been so different. And that go's for any series game. Will Gears 2 be that much different than the first? Most likely not.
That's exactly my point though. I see Wii owners saying that HD consoles only offer more of the same, while the most popular games on the Wii are essentially more of the same too. It's the double standard that gets me, not that there's anything wrong with game sequels and building on established franchises.
