Besides, Twilight Princess and MKWii are one of the best games this gen, so i'd find it odd if people would be buying Boom Blox instead of them.
So you're saying people don't want innovative titles now? The sales numbers answer that question anyway, as does this quote from you: -
None of the games i mentioned are the kind of games that would require special innovation
It's fine if you want sequels to well known franchises, but don't use the very same argument to put down other systems when it's what you seem to want on the Wii.
BTW, Boom Blox is at number 10 in the list of highest reviewed Wii games on Metacritic, so that would also fall into the category of "one of the best games this gen".
