Well, on Ebay you can get them for 5 dolla a piece.
Differences are based more in perception than reality.
You can opt for the official one from MS that allows optical out for speakers, but that is like 100 dollars.
Most cabinets have HDMI in/out's now anyway.
So go with the cheap 5 dollar one on ebay, or at Wal-mart, where they are 11 dollars.
