Hopefully.They're putting CG scenes in it (which is a first for the Tales series) and we know how much the West loves CG so there's a good chance. Also, Team Symphonia members are making this (along with Tales of Destiny: Remake members) and Team Symphonia is popular in the US (well...at least ToS was. TotA didn't do sell well in the West :( We have ToV coming to the West soon too) so there's a decent chance it will be localized. I hope they localize Innocence as well :(

Yup, it's surely more do than don't... after all... the series has lots of fans and lots of DS's worldwide.. why not? it will make the fans happy+sell well. That, and the reasons you mentioned makes me think that we are gonna get it. They might as well release it only in the USA - I'll import.

I heard that you can choose between anime cutscenes and CGI in the game so I think there was a reason for that.

That's still not known =/ I hope that's the case (I prefer the anime cutscenes so I'd choose that) but it might also be separate meaning that there are different versions of the game you can buy - one is CG and one is anime cutscenes. If they do this I'd expect Namco to give the West CG and Japan the anime cutscenes :( The CG looks really ugly so DO NOT WANT. Anime is so much better for Tales.

Anime looks better for Tales. The CGI in ToH just doesn't click like it does for FF, KH, and SO
