 agreed. production costs are going to be down in the not too distant future, they already have gone done significantly since launch.

and i expect them to re-introduce full BC next year, once production costs have fallen.

BC is achieved by using the exact components that are in the PS2\PS1? They cannot be "cost reduced" any further. Prolly cost more due to lack of quantity.

BC most likely adds a good $30-$35 to the cost of each console.
