Whoa now. Mass Effect was crap? Man, I must not be the knowledgable gamer that I thought myself to be. I thought it was pretty good. Not perfect, but on an entirely different end of the spectrum from crap.

Haze, I can see it. Assassin's Creed, you're reaching, but still plausible. Mass Effect? Crap? That's a bold statement, and I don't think you'll find many supporters that aren't yourself in disguise.

i got so hyped for mass effect that when i did actually play it i was really annoyed.

i have played games that are better then mass effect and that games does not deserve to be an AAA title. i dont know why i dont like it but when i was playing i ton my pc i could not get into it at all.

 If you dont know how to play it, thats different. I bevile than just 2 or 3 people in this site thinks like you, maybe i am wrong, but i havent read another guy saying than mass effect was a crap.

OT: the game has been hyped since the 360 launch, and remember the problems betwen the developers and epic for the unreal engine, more hype and maybe, thanks for the demo, many people think than its good enough to buy it. Those 850k pre-orders could be right or not far from real numbers.
