Why do you jump into conclusion that Sony would shoot itself in the foot?
It will take awhile for Sony to sell through the inventory anyway. What's the rush to announce its replacement?
Do you know how many colors of PSP are selling in Japan? "10" in US? "5" And this battery kit only serve the need of people with black or silver PSP. It's just a matter of time for Sony to mofify this product to fit everybody PSP buyer's need.
It (PS3's market share) might hit 30%, but definently not more. ~ Neo
