I'm sorry I was way unclear with that. I lumped manfacturing costs, packaging material, boat/truck as part of the shipping to retailers. So that would be retailer price. I would expect the item to cost about $10 with just item plus markup. I'm just being overly complicated.
Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.
