Ugh, you guys don't understand the article fully. He's banned from speaking about his hobbies to the public, but that doesn't mean that Nintendo is going to stop using his ideas that are influenced on Nintendo games INSIDE the corporation. He's just not allowed to discuss his hobbies outside the company, that's all. You know why?? It will give way to us consumers what he might be planning next! This means that Nintendo is stepping up the plate by keeping new games from Miyamoto hush-hush, as in not saying any of his new titles and creations to the public, so we can't anticipate them.
