Stop calling gamers who post on the internet "hardcore" they make up such a small percentage of gamers in the first place. Part of being a "hardcore" gamer is playing games not talking about them all day.
I am stuck here because I can't play games at work. When I am home, I play games. I don't consider myself "hardcore" because I have job, go to school, and like to see real people.
Core gamer is one thing, but anyone who brags about being "hardcore" has some freaking issues.
Also as stated 50 times in this thread, those numbers are from NPD.
Don't shift your opinions of NPD numbers. The same people who cry when their console is off by 3000 between NPD and VG Chartz should maintain that same opinion when it shows numbers that they don't like.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
