Hahahaha! Yeah that's it. I'm going to keep telling myself that. I mean, it has to come true some day right? @thread Just ignore Diomedes and Kyros they're just bitter their consoles lost this generation and prospects for the next gen look even dimmer. Meanwhile the Wii and its struggle offers them catharsis as a punching bag of sorts.

Here's the thing. Capcom is remaking their first HD game for the Wii (since a direct port is not possible). Their first HD game is now going to the Wii. That is certainly a start. Next could be Lost Planet, DMC 4, and RE5.
Ubisoft may have some casual games, but they are also taking the time to make sure Red Steel, which will not be cheap shovelware, is a killer game this time, since the first game is still selling. They aren't losing that money by abandoning the series or the Wii.
Square-Enix made one of the first WiiWare games, and its graphics did show they know the system, and Dragon Quest swords sold over half a million. That is not money they are throwing away, especially since they stated over a year ago they are supporting all systems.
Not to mention EA and Activision are giving the Wii their full support. And there are all the independent developers.
The developers are coming. It's just that so many games sold on the other systems, the Wii won't be sucking developers away like the PS2.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
