lol. you gotta love the execs, though I do have to admit Sony execs take the cake as far as retarded statements go.... Anyway, "the success of our console" had absolutely nothing to do with it. It's like this: SE can sell the game to a userbase of 15 million, or they can sell it to a userbase of 35 million. Which would you choose? Also, I think it's safe to assume that at least SOME money changed hands under the table, which adds even more incentives for SE to make it go multi-plat.
Not trying to be a fanboy. Of course, it's hard when you own the best console eve... dang it
