Why not port them to Wii? I know they would only sell 200-300k copies, but it can't possibly cost that much to port them, and they probably wouldn't sell much more on PS2 anyway.

Compare their install base with the fact that the PS2 is still selling like wildfire and you will know. Hell, the console is even getting the next Guitar Hero and Rock Band. There is still a total of 80 games coming out for it this year. It's success  sometimesmakes me think twice about this ten year plan that Sony keeps mentioning.

This wasn't a knock at PS2, it's a question of why not on Wii.

If you are not interested in the Wii (to play or discuss) why do you post?

I understand it has a larger install base.  You're very observant.  I gave a modest projection of sales on Wii, and asked "why not?".

If you're going to add something, feel free to... I am no fan boy.  I like my Wii, but as you can tell from my previous posts I am not blindly devoted to it.
