I'm just telling ya that for now I've only encountered a max 128MB, but the most common DS games tend to use between 32-64MB cartridges, only a few actually use 128MB cartriges. Now I have read about the new dragon quest game on ds would need 2 cartridges, so it would seem logical that if there going to introduce a larger capacity cartridge that this would be the 1 game to have it, but I read that info long ago so I don't know if it still holds true. Would you give me the link to the info you found, I'm quite curious which games actually use these higher capacity cartridges, thanks. |
There are already half a dozen or so Japanese games and a Cooking Guide thats in various regions on 256MB carts. These include:
Cooking Guide - Can't Decide What to Eat (Is out in about 7 or 8 languages. Strangely, the Japanese version is only 128MB)Tokimeki Memorial - Girl's Side 2nd SeasonHigurashi no Naku Koro ni Kizuna - Daiikkan - TatariVitaminX Evolution - Super Supplement Boys Goes OnHiiro no Kakera DSHisshou Pachinko Pachi-Slot Kouryaku Series DS Vol. 2 - CR Shinseiki Evangelion - Shito, FutatabiASH - Archaic Sealed Heat
That's what I can see from my quick look, so there may be a couple more.
