Interesting graph, even taking away Wii Play Wii is still well ahead of 360.

Those look about right from that graph.
Wii & PS3 have been tracked by NPD through 20 months, but I'll assume this graph is through June and not May as launch month wasn't a full month of release.
NPD HW LTDs through first 20 months:
Wii: 10.9m
360: 5.8m
PS3: 4.9m
Attach rates:
360: 5.69
Wii: 5.05
PS3: 4.49
Wii Play had sold 6.12m through this period according to NPD, so if you consider it a peripheral the attach rate would change to:
360: 5.69
PS3: 4.49
Wii: 4.48
