This game is kinda misleading. I have a SCUBA lisense, did the course and all, and the first thing they teach you "never hold your breath". You're supposed to be constantly breathing in or out without ever holding it in. Breathing in, holding it, and 10 seconds later breathing out, like the guy in the trailer, can be fatal.
/obviously the breathing noises would get annoying in a video game, but still...
