To the untrained eye, they seem similar...

In this screenshot they look similar but I suspect they are highly modified to look similar...

Do you realize people put down games like FEAR and Orange box for ps3 because they have framerat issues? I doubt Wii could "fool" anyone with graphics, especially the COD fanbase...

With that said, if they play the game to wii's strenghts (controls) it could turn out to be a better experience overall. But after the COD4 success on ps360, I kind of doubt they are  putting too much effort in to the Wii version of this game.

These are not the same people who own Wii's for the most part.

The people (which are a minority on PS3 as well) who complain about that stuff are just loud.  Also it didn't effect sales of those franchises.

The majority of Wii owners, families, may or may not be into either game.  I will go with not.  There's probably 5 million Nintendo Fanboys who wouldn't know a Game of the Year's name if it wasn't made by Nintendo.

That being said.

CoDWaW - 450k because WWII is old news.

Conduit - 700k Due to lots of positive internet buzz and good graphics, but still weak market for this type of game.

The sad thing is, Red Steel 2 will probably outsell both due to hype from the first one, being a still-fresh brand, and non-internet owners of the first game never being told that it sucked (you'd be surprised how many of these people there are).

I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
