I doubt it...
The system sells like crazy reguardless of games...And the few games that helped the sales are nintendo made.
As far as COD5...I don't think it will do bad as Wii has a large userbase, but I don't expect it to beat the ps360 version in sales. COD4 was all about online and great visuals... both of which Wii struggles with.
