Sigh, there is zero point in trying to reason with the people on this board. Both Nintendo and Sony are starving the market on purpose. Why wouldn't they? It creates demand and hype for the Christmas season.
The audience is STARVING for the Wii. Trust me, as soon as they hit here, they sell out.
As for PS3,
Lets say the supply issue for PS3 does not exist. Why would anyone buy a 40gb model when an 80gb model is coming out in a month?
My friend who works at Gamestop in King County, go ahead and call any Gamestop in King County and ask: "Where is the closest store that carries an 80 gb Metal Gear PS3?" - 1,340 miles.
Enough with the fanboyism. Yes Xbox 360 will put up amazing numbers, but the abysmal numbers put up by the Wii and PS3 will not be here long term. Some of you guys, wow.
