And if you read you'll find I didn't say you were bashing it, but instead doubting it as many are. Hard to bash something that isn't even out yet. Also I editted my post to reflect that you had mentioned it in the OP, but I'm sure you knew that.
On your actual topic, I believe that the first problem is solved by the levels they put in originally, and the second is dealt with by user reviews. Just as Monkeh said. Hell that was easy, perhaps I should go into game design.
