- Sigma in Megaman X4.
- The Dark Luminas in Brave Fencer Musashi.
- Megatron in the Transformers game that came out in 2003... when you didn't get constantly owned.
- Minerva in Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII
- Schizo in Final Fantasy VII
- Trance Kuja in Final Fantasy IX
- Mother Protopet in Ratcher & Clank 2: Going Commando
- Evrae in Final Fantasy X
- The Second Boss in Metal Slug 3
- ... And Lance from Pokemon Red/Blue.
Those were all off the top of my head. If I thought deeper I probably would have gotten better ones.
