Notice the sharp ups and downs on Wii, this would signify supply constraits.
Checking the NA chartz I notice that the sales for the Wii the same week of the last year were at 110k, they aren't far from the actual sales.
However the XBOX 360 increased more than 100% (40k last year and 89k this year) PS3 sales are the same than last year
