I'm just going to throw this out there.
The Wii hasn't had a major software release in NA since Wii Fit came out in May. Perhaps all of the pent-up demand from last holiday season has finally been satiated and the Wii needs something new to drive hardware sales.
Or maybe is really is just a blip or a shipment issue. Next week's sales will be worth watching.
