I really doubt this would be discounted that much. RE4 was not only a port of a previous generation game but it was a port of a game that could be played without any problems on the Wii (the GC version that is). They had to motivate people to buy the Wii version simply for the Ada missions and new controls.
Dead Rising can't be played on the Wii using another version. It will be releasing 3 years after the 360 release (a longer gap than RE4 GC -> RE4 Wii) but it's still considered a current gen franchise so i'm guessing they'd keep it full price. Maybe $40 but i'd be surprised if it was $30.
