Yes, amazon is good for some sales indicators. It is good for looking at relative sales compared to other items. If 300 on blu-ray is always in the top 10 (and top 5 lately), then it's selling better than any other blu-ray movie. If the PS3 remains #1 it is selling very well.

It's good for relative sales on amazon only. That's what I'm saying.  If the PS3 was actually doing well, this silly watch wouldn't be taking place.

I don't recall saying the thread was pointless. It's kind of funny now, actually. I never thought I'd get blasted for saying Amazon is irrelevant when it's been proven many times. Go figure.
