I'm guessing what he means by that is "casual" titles anyway, namely the Wii Series.  What they have out right now, along with Wii Music, should be enough to satisfy the expanded audience, much more so than the HD consoles at least.  Maybe this means they'll go back to making more old-school games?  The ones complaining about Nintendo's current direction should be pleased, no new ideas means no new Wii [insert casual] to show at next year's e3!

As for third party support, I highly doubt third parties will continue to ignore the console with the largest userbase.  If they're too stupid to capitalize on this opportunity, the small companies will take over (See: The Conduit).  Oh, and forget anyone talking about "10 year plans," they're nonsense.
