I don't know if the Apple TV is such a flop. Maybe when you compare to the iPod, but not when you compare it to all the other dedicated set top boxes out there. There is some NPD data that in the US, Apple TV is the #1 device for movie and tv show downloads in the living room. [1] That may or may not change with Netflix' free streaming service .
The iTunes Store is the biggest music retailer in the world. It sells more music than Walmart.
