Unfortunately people who don't like your numbers will always be there to critique you. So in that regard the fight will never end.
With that said, I would like to echo the sentiments of TheBigFatJ, I don't think many sites will appreciate a canned message being spouted every time VGchartz is brought up. It will most likely just add fuel to the fire. Ultimately people will accept the site more if they find it on their own rather then have someone tell them. People like to think they discovered something, where as they don't like people to tell them what to think...or at least that is my experience.
Most of the bashers right now don't even know that NPD is only estimating just the same as you folks are. So educating them is the only answer, but I don't think a talking points or a prepared speech is the way to do that.
For what its worth it's a good write-up and articulates your points quite well.
