Mario 64- 9.8 Extremly innovative and fun title. Lay the groundwork for true 3D games and was a fantastic game in itself. Camera prevents perfect score.
Super Mario Sunshine- 9.5 Free open worlds, improved mario 64 in every way except possibly music, better story, didn't have now cliched levels, water pack was sweet, I loved exploring the tropical paradise... small segments of the game were slightly dull, and the noki noki bay course wasn't very good (camera issues on this course, otherwise camera was good).
Super Mario Galaxy- 9.3 Camera issues throughout, unresponsive controls, no big levels to explore (Honey Hive galaxy was sorta of big, but that is it), Wii controls failed for the manta ray and ball rolling stages, overworld not as good as Peaches catle or Delphino Plaza. More innovative than SMS, but not nearly as much as SM64.
