It doesn't have 16:9, I think it costs 12 dollars, and I don't think the game comes with the single player portion that the DC version had. :(
I'd say, just wait a couple of months and get SCIV for 40 dollars off Ebay, if you have patience...or buy SCIV new, which is what I would suggest to the general public. I did it, and it's awesome, the graphics and gameplay, sans a few unnecessary additions, are better they it ever were.
...but don't let me stop you. Soulcalibur for the Dreamcast is a classic.
