I think what Nintendo needs is an RPG of epic proportions(made into a series). It could be 3rd or first party,doesn't really matter. and they need to revive the 2-d side scroller shooters, like Contra or Metroid 2-d. I know they're giving us Castlevania, but its just one of many. I was just thinking Capcom couldve released the 3-d Bionic Commando for the HD consoles, and made a brand new 2-d one for the Wii. Maybe that wouldve made it clear what the real core gamer wants?
