None of that stopped Capcom from remaking Resident Evil 4 for Wii or Ubisoft from making Prince of Persia Wii. Just because the game was already released or is just a port to a new system, doesn't mean there isn't a reason to remake a game with new content.
The PS2 has the hugest installed base currently, but does that mean everyone who has a PS2 is an active consumer still buying games for that system.... the answer is no.
I think whatever content Rockstar is putting into the 360 edition (graphical or content wise) should also be available to PS3 owners, it makes no sense not to..
