Actually, this is not really true at all ...
If you take a look at the line-up for the rest of the year the Wii has (roughly) 150 third party titles that are going to be released and (roughly) 50 of them are games of really decent quality; when you figure that a large portion of these titles would have been started around March 31st 2007 (when a lot of people assumed that price reductions for the HD systems and the release of big games would kill the Wii) it is actually a pretty good line-up.
Imagine what the line-up will look like next year when most of the games will have started in the wake of price reductions and huge games not giving the HD consoles much of a boost at all.
