Unincluding the Wii series, it's looking like Mario Kart is the winner this gen. It should continue to sell throughout the Wii's lifetime, pretty much - at the very least matching Gran Turismo 4's sales.
GTA IV and Brawl may be the fight to look out for - assuming Brawl's legs can stay strong & GTA's weaken, it may get close in time. Unfortunately, Brawl's legs may only be strong in America - If I had to guess, I'd put my money on GTA.
As for Mario Galaxy, Halo 3, and CoD 4, their sales will get high no doubt, but sequels for each of the games will hurt them. Therefore, I don't think they have the potential the other games have.
