That's not a very good idea, to be honest.

If Sony wants to promote popular - not necessarily good - levels, that's fine by me. But this system will give actual power to ratings trolls, who go around various websites bashing stuff for the hell of it, and that's never a good thing.

And like Kasz216 already said, some aspiring stage builders may find themselves being punished just because their vision isn't shared (or even seen) by the majority of people on PSN.

From a certain point of view, you might say that Sony is not really promoting creativity, but choosing popularity over it.
