By the way, where is Chinatown supposed to be in relation to the GTA universe? I don't remember seeing a Chinatown in GTA IV, and that would be the most logical location would be to have it in Liberty City.

Actually, it does.

I also asked because Rockstar renames all the areas they rip off of and Chinatown is a real location in New York City.

 

Chinatown isn't exclusive to New York.  Many cities have "Chinatowns".
