It just so happens that there aren't that many good quality 3rd party games yet. However, the ones which do exist, usually sell well for what they are. The Wii isn't a magical platform though. You still have to make good games, and advertise them well to reap the benefits.

I hope that part is true because it saddens me to know that some abominaware have actually raked in some good profits.
Still, the future of the wii looks like casual pandering all the way irregardless of the quality of the titles.
