Actually that chart is inaccurate.
For Sony and MS the values listed are for operating income for ther gaming divisions, including hardware, software, everything game related.
For Nintendo, the net income is listed, not the operating income. It would only be fair to compare operating income for the chart.
The operating income for Nintendo was 487 billion yen, which would have been around $4.5 billion more or less depending on what value you use for currency valuation.
